- Email Address (of Student only, if over 18; of Student and Parent/Carer, if under 18)
We may also collect the following information if you choose to commence services with us (or if you have intended to commence services with us, but subsequently decide not to):
- Contact Number (of Student only, if over 18; of Student and Parent, if under 18)
- Home Address (where face-to-face services are commenced)
- Name of School
- SEND details (where the Parent/Carer of a Student (under 18) feels that this information is necessary for the Company to know, in order to deliver effective tuition services)
- Details of grades/certifications (where the Student (over 18) or Parent/Carer (if student is under 18) is happy to provide these in order to optimise the tailored tuition services)
We collect the following personal information if you use the contact form on our website:

We collect the following personal information from our Freelance Tutors:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Home Address
- Contact Number
- Details (and evidence) of qualifications held (e.g. PGCE)
- DBS certificate number
- Bank details (for payment)

- Most appropriate, tailored tuition services according to the student’s ability/achievements to date.
- Internal record keeping (for accounting purposes/internal auditing purposes).

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have implemented suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online or in person.
We keep the personal information outlined in §1 for however long you use Eduprosper Tuition Ltd’s services, plus 12 months thereafter (in case any queries may arise). We will then dispose your information by deleting our secure digital records containing your information.

Eduprosper Tuition Ltd records its online tuition sessions for safeguarding and quality assurance purposes. Recordings will be retained for a period of 120 days (stored in accordance with Eduprosper Tuition Ltd’s privacy policy) and then permanently deleted, unless an issue should arise in this period of time.
